Ingredients:
Paneer - 2 cup cubed
Tomato Puree / crushed tomatoes - 3/4 cup
Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Pav bhaji masala - 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Amchur / lemon juice - 1tsp
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let it splutter.
Add onion. turmeric and salt and cook for 3-4 mins. Add tomato puree and ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 mins while stirring.
Add pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and mix. Cook til oil separates. Add garam masala and amchur and paneer. Add 1-2 tbsp of water if its too dry. Add in coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot.
