Malai Kulfi - Nutan Shenoy-Kini
For 1/2 kg mawa i used 1 tin condensed milk 5 tbsp everyday dairy whitener 1/2 pack corn flour n 1 bowl sugar. First on slow flame softened the mawa in a nonstick pan. Added condensed milk n boiled stirring continuously wid sugar added. Then added the corn flour n dairywhitener n mixed well. Lastly added Big Everest Milk Masala box full of masala n stirred till mixture left sides of pan. Cooled and poured in moulds. Froze it fr 4 hours.
