KOVOLU...(CHINCHAMBU CHIRDILLEN) - Jaya Venugopal 



Tamarind..lemon size ball,Spicy green chillies 3-4 depending on your taste,salt to taste,sambar onions a few ...chopped fine,hing a little,Soak the tamarind in potable water ,take out the pulp,add salt,hing,sambar onions and mash the green chillies roughly....(Harvi miriya saang chirduka).Lastly add a few drops of coconut oil ...If you like fry 2 pappad ,crush and add .Can store for a week in the refrigerator....Enjoy with hot PEJ....
