Kaju Matar Paneer

Kaju Matar Paneer - Anitha Shenoy

Ingredients:
1 bowl onion paste 
1 small bowl peas 
1 big bowl paneer cubes
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
1 Bay Leaf 
2 Whole red chillies 
1tbsp Red chilli powder 
2 tbsp coriander powder 
1 tsp turmeric powder 
Soaked cashew nuts a big catch.
Salt to taste

Method -
Heat oil in non stick pan Add tez patta whole red chilli Add ginger garlic paste sauté for 2 min. Then add onion paste cook for another 10 min in medium flame. Add all dry powders mix it well and cook for another 10 min, when oils leaves the corner side of pan then add matter, paneer mix it . Add little water if u want gravy consistency. Add soaked cashew nuts  Serve hot.
