Happala Rosu (Papad curry) Saatvik Food - Vidya Pai
Recipe:
1 cup Grated coconut
4 fried red chillies
cherry size tamarind
pinch haldi pd
4 to 5 red chilly papad.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 urad dal
pinch methi seeds
curry leaves.
oil.
salt to taste.
Method .
Grind 1 to 4 to a fine paste with adding little water. Adjust the constitency later.
Bring this masala to a boil.
Heat oil in a pan, Take some red chilly Happolu and break into pieces.
Fry the pieces in oil. add urad dal, mustard , methi , curry leaves.
Add this to the curry and bring to one boil.
Happala Rosu is ready.
