Gont ambach

Gont ambache curry  - Pushpalatha S Pai
Ripe mango curry made with coconut, chilly powder ,haldi, salt, curry leaves, methi seeds.
Peel the Mangoes,cook with with salt ,haldi, chilly powder,jaggery. Grind the coconut with 1/4 tsp jeera add to the cooked mango & boil.Season with oil ,curry leaves,mustard,pinch of methi seeds, 2 cut red chillies .
Can be eaten with rice.
