Fried Paneer Balls Pulav - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe

Grind mint leaves, ginger,garlic,green chillies,green cardamom,cloves,onions and jeera to a fine paste.Fry 2 finely chopped onions till golden brown and keep aside.Take about 100 gms of grated paneer add salt make round balls and fry it. In the pressure cooker add ghee when it heats up add a tea spoon of jeera add 2 finely chopped onions and fry. Once they are properly fried add the ground masala and fry till the ghee leaves the sides of the pan add vegetables and rice add 2 spoons of curd finally add water and cook.Garnish the pulav with fried onions and fried paneer balls.
