Egg Spicy

Egg Spicy - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Method: 

Boil eggs n keep aside (If u go for chicken wash n clean), the marination masala is salt , red chilli pd, turmeric pd, coriander pd, 1/2 tsp pepper pd, ginger + garlic paste. Heat oil n fry finely chopped onions add red chilli pd, n pepper pd, Add (marinated chicken pieces,) curry leaves, green chillies, salt. Do not add water, on slow fire simmer till done. For the eggs add at the end.
