Dudisannana

Dudisannana - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Soak 1 cup dosa rice ..grind to a rawa consistency.. grind 1/2 cup poha( beaten rice) & 1/4th of coconut , salt to fine paste.. add this to the rice rawa.. add little buttermilk.. jaggery according to taste.. add cashew bits n raisins.. If the weather is too cold add a pinch of soda.. leave for 5 - 6 hrs.. n steam like the regular idlis..
