Drumstick Saar

Drumstick Saar - Anagha Kulkarni
Recipe:

Boil drumsticks, take out the pulp, grind it in mixer, sieve it. Add adequate water, salt, chilli paste/powder, cumin powder, tamarind pulp, jiggery & coconut milk. Let it boil. Temper it with ghee, cumin seeds & asafoetida powder. Serve hot.
