Dill Leaves Sabji

Dill leaves Sabji - Rama Kini



Recipe:

heat oil in a kadai and fry about 5to6 flakes garlic. 

Add 

2 red chillies broken into pieces. Now wash2 tbsps 

moong dhal and add this to the seasoning. Add a little 

water and salt and cook till the moong dhal is dry. 

Meanwhile, clean and wash the dill leaves and chop 

finely. Once the water has dried in the pan, add the 

dill leaves and stir well. The dill leaves will cook fast in 

its own water. Cook covered for 5 minutes. Garnish 

with coconut . The dill leaves should be slightly crispy 

and should not overcook.
