Chicken Sausage Chilli - Tanushree Aich
Ingredients:
2-3 chicken sausages cut into slant pieces
1 capsicum diced
1 cup onion rings / u may dice them as well
1 cup spring onion greens
Ginger 2 inch
8-9 garlic pods
2-3 slit chillies
1 tbspn dark soya sauce
1 tspn tomato sauce
1 tspn chilli sauce
2 tbspns cornflour
Fresh coarsely ground pepper
Method
Heat oil in a wok
Saute finely chopped garlic ,garlic
Add onion rings ,cook till translucent
Add spring onion greens
Add capsicum, sasagesAdd sauces- chilli , tomato n dark soy
Saute for a min
Mix cornflour & water to form a smooth paste( ensure no lumps are formed)
Pour in the wok on high flame
Once the gravy thickens remove from flame
Sprinkle freshly ground peppercorns
Garnish with onion rings
