Chicken balls in Gravy - Kanthi Sidhan


Take 1/2kg chicken keema wash and squege it.Put in a bowl.Take 1big onion cut into small pieces,2green chillies cut into small pieces .1 tbl spoon ginger and garlic pieces .little turmerric powdet.1/4 tsp garam masala powder .salt to taste.add this in to chicken.Add1 cup chatney chana powder in it.(fried chana dal)mix well.add dhania patha in it.mix well.make balls with it.deep fry it.you can eat with tomato ketchup or make grevey and drop this chicken balls. For greavey:Take 1big onoin chopped in to small pieces,1big tomato chop in small pieces,1tsp ginger paste,some curry leaves,2tblspoon tomato ketchup,1 1/2 soya souse,1/2tsp chilli lowder.1/2 dhania powder.little heldi powder.take little oil in kadai,adf little mustured and jeera.addcurry leaves,onions.fry onion in yo brown.add g and g paste.fry it.add tomatoes fry well.add chilli .dhania.heldi powdet.fry well add soya souse and tomato ketchup.salt to taste.add 1glass of water.cook well.add chicken balls. squeeze little lemon juice init.garnish with dhania patha.
