Chettambado

Chettambado - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:
Soak 1 cup Chanadaal for 1 hr. n drain completely.. Grind coarsely without adding much water .. mix in red chilli flakes, chopped green chillies, coconut pieces, curry leaves chopped, dill leaves chopped , salt.. make small balls n flatten.. deep fry ..
