Bread Rasmalai

Bread Rasmalai - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:
Heat 1 lt. full cream milk .. add 1/2 tin condensed milk n bring to boil on a slow fire.. stir regularly not to burn.. add a pinch of safforn mixed in 1/4 cup warm milk n cardamom pd.. ( to make it still sweet can add sugar ).. Here I've also added 5 tbsp of homemade almond pd.. when it is a bit thicker than the normal milk switch off n cool.. then refrigerate ..


Just before serving cut the fresh bread with cookie cutter or a katori n get the round shapes.. place in a serving bowl.. pour the cooled milk n almond pieces.
