Make poori dough with rawa, salt, melted butter and water as required. Mix well and set aside for 15 min. Then take small balls and roll it to small puri's. deep fry them and keep aside. In a pan heat some milk and sugar, cardamom powder. Let the milk reduce about half by boiling. Then add kesar and turn off the flame. Mash the puri roughly and mix to the milk. Set aside for 15 min. Once the poori soaks well in milk ready to eat. Can chill it in fridge and enjoy the appi payasam
