Aloo Methi Mutter - Rajni Dinesh Kamath
Method:
Grind 2-3 tsp of grated coconut with 10 cashews, little tamarind, Garam masala powder and 1/2 tsp chole powder into a masala. Heat oil in a kadai, Add Chopped onions and fry till they turn transparent. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till they r half cooked. Add chopped methi and fry till its aroma comes. Then add the Aloo and green peas. Add water. Cook them. Add the ground masala and bring to a boil...add kasoori methi for garnishing. Methi Aromated Aloo-methi-mutter masala will be ready.
