Wali Panna Muddo - Seema Mallya
1 cup dosa rice
1 cup coconut
lemon size tamarind (Small)
5-6 dry red chilly
grind it upto fine paste,
than add 1 onion Chopped and chopped waali pallo,
salt and mix well..
now steam it in a idli cooker....or banana leaves.....
for 15 min.
