Vermicelli With Walnut Khadi

Vermicelli With Walnut Khadi - Surekha Kamath
Recipe:

1 Pkt fried sevian,

 1 Tin condensed milk,
 cardamom,
2 Tablespoon ghee,
 10-15 pieces of walnut.

 In a thick bottom vessel take 1 tablespoon of ghee and heat it. Add sevian broken to the ghee, fry for 2 mintues.
add condensed milk and stir well until liquid evaporates (max 4 mint) .
In a plate apply little ghee and pour sevian to the plate and flatten it & cut in to desired shape.
