Thiranga Pulav

Thiranga Pulav - Laxmi Bhandary
Ingredients:
Basumathi rice 2 cup, Whole garam masala 1 tbsps, 2 carrot, saffron 1 tsp (mix with 1 tbsp milk), 2 onions chopped, ghee half cup, green chillies 2, palak puree 2 tbsps, beans few, garam masala powder. 1tsp, salt & few pudina & coriandear leaves.

Method: 
Soak basmathi rice in water for half an hour. Add salt and whole garam masala and make rice. In a pan add2 tsps ghee, put chopped carrot & fry for few minute and keep it separately. Rice should be divide in to 3 parts. In a pan put some ghee, then add one part of rice & add saffron. Keep it aside. In a pan put some ghee, add sliced onions, fry for a little & add another part of rice & salt. Mix it well. And keep aside. Then in a pan put some ghee, add green chillies, palak puree, chopped beans & third part of rice, salt & garam masala powder. Then mix all the rice. Decorated with finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
