Sponge Bread Dosa

Sponge Bread Dosa - Laxmi Bhandary
Recipe: 
2 cups white rice soaked and then grind it with water to a smooth paste. One cup cooked white rice + 4 pieces of bread dipped in water and squeezed immediately. Grind these to a smooth paste Mix the two ground batter properly. Let it ferment over night. Next day add 1 spoon sugar, 1/2 spoon soda and salt. Mix and keep it nearly from 20 minutes, and then make dosas.
