Rontoso

Rontoso - Rethish G Prabhu

Method:

Take reqd rice flour , add salt , boiled water & make the dough as chapati or puri dough. Make puris with hands on a plastic paper , keli pan or thali. Deep fry the puri. While making DDT , potatoes are added as that makes thoi thick. Place rontos in a plate n pour DDT (datta daali toya) over it. This makes nice n soft while eating.
