Potato Upkari with curd - Anuradha Mudalgiri Kamath


Recipe:

Peel Potato skin,chop into small pieces,add curd,chilly powder,turmeric powder,asafetida(Hing),

and salt to it.Microwave the above potato mix for 15mns.

Take a Kadai,add oil..add mustards seeds..when splutters add the potato mix and turn the stove to medium flame.After few minutes garnish with coriander leaves.
