Moong Tomato Curry


Moong Tomato Curry - Prathiba Maller

Ingredients:

1 cup green moong
2 tomatoes ripe
2 green chilles
1 pink onion

Soak moong for few hours
Pressure cook soaked moong, chopped finely tomatoes, slit green chilles and finely chopped onions.
Once, it is cooked, mash well with potato masher to let the paste ooze out from the moong to have curry thick and juicy.

Serve hot with rice as a lunch meal.
