Masala Aloo

Masala Aloo - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Method : 

To little oil add jeera,coarsely crushed roasted coriander seeds,curry leaves salt little amchur, little crushed fennel[saunf]red chilli pwd haldi pwd,and garam masala pwd . Fry for a min on low flame taking care not to burn the masala.Also add a pinch of sugar. Add boiled and cut potatoes and stir well with little water to ensure that the masala coats the aloo. dry roast tsp of white til seeds and use it to garnish the dish .
