Losoni Chutny - Ananya Ashwin Pai
1st take about 10 to 12 garlics and crush them slightly. then in a pan take some oil and slightly fry the garlic. once they turn very light golden brown colour take off the garlic from the pan and keep aside. In the remaining oil slightly fry half a cup of grated coconut. also few red chillis. fry for awhile. then take them in mixture jar and a small tamrind and bled it well without adding water. (if required just add few drops of water) add salt and then add the fried garlic. Just run it once in mixture for awhile. and roasted garlic chutney is ready.
