Layered Laccha Parathas

Layered Laccha Parathas - Tanushree AichIngredients
1 cup maida
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup Warm milk
Salt
Oil

Procedure

Mix maida, wheat flour n salt in a bowl
Knead into a soft dough adding warm milk n oil
Cover the vessel with a moist cloth n allow the dough to rest for atleast an hr
Divide the dough into small balls n make thin chapatis ( usual manner)
Brush the top of the chapati wit ghee/ oil
Dust the oil smeared top wit wheat flour
Now fold the chapati carefully to make a fan
Once done it'll look like a strip 
Stretch this strip carefully ensuring that it doesnt tear
Roll the stretched strip in the form of a swiss roll
It'll resemble a flat dough but this one will have layers in it
Once again roll out chapaties
This time u'll be able to see circular rings
Roast the chapati on a non stick pan 
U'll notice the circular ridges fluff up when they r roasted a lil
Apple ghee/oil n turn sides
Roast evenly on both sides till they turn golden brown

Layered laccha parathas are ready
