KOLI ( MURGH ) VAIVIDHYA.. As I had tried this with the minimal ingredients available at this moment..n its my own version with the item.. thought the apt name for today's theme..

I've marinated chicken with
 Badshah Tandoori Masala pd +
red chilli pd +
 turmeric pd +
 salt +
 lime juice for 3 hrs... 

Then added 2 tbsp oil in a kadai n fried the chopped onions till red .. added lots of curry leaves .. when crisp add the marinated chicken n cooked on sim
covered till done.
