Kananga Jam


Kananga Jam - Anuradha Mudalagiri Kamath 


Kanang-Sweet Potato Dish- 1 Medium sized Sweet Potato, 2 cups sugar, 1/2 cup water, pinch cardamom and saffron, salt and lemon juice for taste. chop the sweet potato boil in water (no need to peel the sweet potato), next boil the 1/2 cup water and put the sugar and make a syrup and put all the ingredients and stir and cook-Tasty Sweet Potato is ready to eat.
