Dadpe Pohe

Dadpe Pohe - Anagha Kulkarni

Recipe-



Dry roast poha. Temper it with oil, cumin, asafoetida powder, chopped chillies, curry leaves, peanuts, Chop onion, coriander, grate coconut, add lemon juice, green chopped chillies, salt, sugar. Mix with poha at the time of serving. Can add grated ginger or grated cucumber for a variation. Done.
