CRISPY DUDDI PANNA PATHRADO

CRISPY DUDDI PANNA PATHRADO - Maya Prabhu‎Tried my own shortcut method!... and the result was awesome!.. it took me just about 15 mins to prepare this!!!
Recipe: Take rice flour, hing, chilli powder, desiccated coconut powder, amchur powder, salt in a bowl...add a little water and make a thick paste...apply it to duddi leaves and make rolls(just like normal pathrado)... cut thin slices and deep fry in hot oil till it becomes crisp.
