Caramalised Cashew & Almond Stuffed Jamoon

Caramalised Cashew & Almond Stuffed Jamoon - Shruthi Pai‎

Finely chop some cashews and almonds . Put it in a pan with 2 tsp sugar and keep stirring till it caramelises . Transfer on a kitchen counter. Allow to cool. Crush it a bit and stuff it in the jamoons before frying .
