Bread Rolls

Bread Rolls - Rajashree Acharya Kamat
Recipe:

Boil 4-5 potatoes & upon cooling, mash them properly. To this potato paste, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Chaat masala & salt as per requirement. Mix all of this into a uniform mixture. Cut the edges of the bread slices. Take 1 slice at a time, sprinkle some water over it, keep some mixture over it & with both your palms fold it into a perfect roll. (The slices being made wet will help in the folding process.) Deep fry these Rolls & serve with sauce or chutney.
