Recipe:
1 &1/2 cup chilly, 1/4 cup mustard, 1/2 cup salt ( akka namak) hing size of chickpea, haldi. Prepare salt water. Powder chillies, hing and mustard, mix with salt water and grind. Cut firm bimbul, cut as per your choice and add to the ground paste. Add salt water as needed for the right consistency. Refrigerate.
