Battata Ambado


Battata Ambado - Vidya Nayak Shenoy 


Recipe

Boil potatoes.. remove skin n when cool mash it..to this add the crushed green chillies, ginger , salt ( can also add garam masala pd.. normally I don't )..hing, n fresh coriander leaves chopped .. mix this n make a smooth dough like.. now for the outer batter.. mix besan with salt , red chilli pd n make thick batter..

now make patties of the potato mix dip in the besan batter n deep fry till golden brown on both sides.
