Apam with chutneys

Apam with chutneys - Laxmi Bhandary


Recipe

  • Ingredients: 2 pav raw rice, 2 musti thick pohva, 1 small coconut gratings, salt, 1 tsp sugar 2 tsps soda powder.
  • Method: Soak raw rice & phova for 2 hours. Grind along with coconut gratings to a fine paste. Add salt sugar and soda powder. Keep it over night. Next day morning make dosas in apam kadai.
