Mango rasam

Mango rasam - Kiranmayi Kamath

Cut raw mango into small pieces aftrpeeling the skin.Pressure cook the raw mango with 1/2 tsp haldi powder and green chillies.
Cool it and grind the cooked mango to a smooth paste.Remove it in a container dilute it and add jaggery and salt to taste and simmer add hing water to the rasam. Season with mustard,red chillies and curry leaves and hing powder(if you have not added hing water).Garnish with chopped coriander . Enjoyyyyyy
