Raw Jackfruit(Kadgi) Biryani

Cut the jacfruit and cook it in cooker by adding lil salt and termaric for 1 whistle. then drain the water and keep aside the cooked jackfruit for half an hour. then deep fry them in oil and keep aside. now in a bowl take some curds, shai zeera, kasurimethi, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, termaric powder, chilli powder, black pepper powder, fried onions,chopped corinder leaves and some pudina leaves,salt to taste. ,mix well these with deep fried jackfruit. set aside for half an hour. then cook the rice 3/4th by adding salt and some whole spicies. now in a handi take some ghee and then arrange the marinated jackfruit. add some pudina leaves, chopped corinder leaves and some fried onions on it and then arrage the rice now. spread it well and then garnish some fried onions,pudina and corinder leaves. then pour some rose water (ya kewra) and saffron milk over it and then on high flame keep it for 6 to 7 min and on low flame cook it for 15 to 20min by closing the lid... your jackfruit biriyani is ready to serve... enjoy it with raith of your choice
