Moong dal idlis

Moong dal idlis - Nisha Baliga Shenoy
Recipe:

1 cup Urad dal
1 cup Moong dal
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds ( meethi seeds)
salt to taste

Soak Urad dal and meethi seeds together in water for 4 hours.
Soak Moong dal in water for 4 hours.
First grind Urad dal along with meethi seeds to a fine paste. keep aside .
then grind moong dal but not to fine paste..bit coarse.
Now mix both batter well and ferment it overnite.
In the morning add salt to taste . mixwell .
grease molds and steam for 10 minutes .
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
