Recipe:

Scrap karela sides a little & wash .cut karela roundwise thinly , apply salt & keep aside for 5 minutes & deep fry .fry only till its colour changes . Now heat oil add lenthwise cut onions saute till they r translucent & add karela scrappings saute add haldi , coriander powder ,aamchur,red chilli powder .now add finely chopped tomato .cook for sometome& lastly add fried karela saute a little & dish is done
