Paneer Masala

Paneer Masala - Laxmi Bhandary

Ingredients:
250 grams paneer (cut and little fried), 3 big onions (chopped), 4 tomatoes (chopped), 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 75 grams cashew nut (ground), 1 and 1/2 cup milk, 100 grams butter.


Dry Masalas: 
1 & 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 and half tsps chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin (jeera) powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder.


Method: 
Heat oil, add dry masalas and fry for 2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, onions, tomatoes and fry for 10 minutes in a low flame. Add ground cashew nut powder and fry for 2 minutes. Add butter. After it melts, add milk and paneer. Garnish with coriander leaves.
