Topi Dosa
Topi Dosa - Vidya Nayak Shenoy
Method:
3/4 cup white rice , 3/4 cup salem rice , 1/4 cup urid daal, 1 tsp methi seeds, soak for 3 - 4 hrs.. n grind to a fine batter..add salt n 1 tsp sugar let it ferment overnight prepare.
