Ragi Rotti

Ragi Rotti - Champa Mallya

Method:

3 cups ragi flour, one onion, green chillies two or three, coriander leaves and curry leaves chopped fine; mix above ingredients with just enough water, add salt to taste. Keep the skillet on medium flame when hot grease it, then keep a palm full of the ragi roti mix on the hot tawa and flatten with your fingers (care should be take to avoid burning your hands.) Cover and cook, flip cook a couple of times, more oil will give u a more crisp roti, to make it soft you can add a tsp of curd which is optional. eat it hot plain or with the side dish of your choice.
