Khubbo Gashi - Vidya Nayak Shenoy

Recipe:


Wash n clean clams.. now without adding water bring it to boil.. the clams will open retain the part of shell for which the flesh is attached.. now with the water left by clams. grind coconut + red chillies + hing + tamarind to a very smooth paste.. bring the masala to boil add salt n add the cooked clams .. lastly after u switch off add 1 tsp coconut oil..
