Sabudana Vada - Kudva Rekha
Recipe:
soak sabudana in a little water for a few hours. I used very small size Dana. It should be soft . Boil potatoes and mash . Mix soaked sabudana and mashed potatoes. Add ginger, green chilli nicely crushed or ground, salt, chopped coriander leaves and crushed or lightly powdered roasted peanuts. Mix well together. Add a little lime juice. Now make vadas taking a little batter and deep fry in very hot oil. Fry till nicely fried for crispy vadas. Eat when hot.
