Ridgegourd Chutney

Ridgegourd Chutney - Sobha P Shenoi
Recipe:

Remove the peel of the ridge gourd (a bit thick) and cut into small pieces .Fry it in a little oil. When light brown add coconut ,green chillies, little jeera, tamarind and salt. Fry for a few more minutes and grind to a smooth paste. Do not dilute the chutney
