Recipe:
Just heat a lil oil in a kadai, ad some jeera when it splutters you can add finely chopped spinach leaves about 10 to 15 depending upon the siize...then just saute it till the rawness goes....cool it...you can add curds to this.., salt and pepper....otherwise you can add chopped onion, tomato and curds...you can do it anyway you like...basic thing is to saute the palak leaves well and cool completely before adding the curds.
