Gulla(Mangalore Brinjal)Stir Fry - Kiranmayi Kamath
Heat coconut oil in a kadai add red chillies and mustard once the mustard splutters add hing powder and add cut gulla(brinjal)add salt to taste. keep it covered and cook till the brinjal becomes soft but not mushy.do not add water to this stir fry.
