Aloo Mutter Dry Sabzi

Aloo Mutter Dry Sabzi - Anitha Shenoy

Ingredients
small sized potatoes-5 sliced/diced matar(peas)-1 cup coriander seeds-1 tbsp whole red chillies-4 mustard seeds-1 tsp oil-2 tbsp salt to taste


Method- 
In a pan heat oil,add mustard seeds and crushed coriander seeds. Add whole red chillies,potatoes and peas. sprinkle little turmeric and salt..mix well and cover the lid close the lid and let it cook in low flame...if needed sprinkle little water..cook till done and eat it with hot hot chapati/roti.
