Recipe:2 cups rice
Sprouted kadvi val 1 1/4 cup
Tomato chopped 1 cup
Mustard 1 tsp
jeera 1 tsp
Hing 1/4 tsp
Haldi 1/2 tsp
Chilli pwd 3 tsp
Goda masala 3 tsp
Grated jaggery 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 5 to 6 tbsp
2 cups coconut milk
2 1/4 cup hot water
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Desi ghee for serving
Wash rice and keep aside. Heat oil.
